family - run motel for over 4 decades.

Convenient central location of our motel allows you to explore all the beautiful places Cape Cod has to offer.

The Coachman Motor Inn Policies

Room Policies

  • Room rates are based on double adult occupancy (except the suite – max of 4 adults).
  • Any additional guests - children under 12 stay for free, children 12-18 are charged $20 per night. The motel must be notified of any additional guests.
  • All room rates are subject Massachusetts Occupancy/Room tax.
  • Roll-away beds are available on request at a charge of $20 per night.
  • All rooms are non-smoking room.

Cancellation Policies

  • A deposit of the first night is due at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation of reservation requires advance deposit of 2 night rate plus tax
  • Deposits are forfeited if quests arrives after date specified in confirmation, or departs before specified therein
  • Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $20.00 charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Property Policies

  • Check in time is between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. We ask that guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. call the office in order to make special arrangements.
  • Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests will be charged one night rate for a late check out.
  • The swimming pool is for registered guests only.

Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to respecting your privacy. Your personal and billing information is collected by our staff in order to facilitate your reservation. The Coachman Motor Inn never sells or shares your personal or billing information.
